Till Nowak, modeled 12 vegetables 3D models in 3D max software using classical polygon modelling technique. as a reference for the development of vegetable models, photographs of the fresh vegetables were used. For Till Nowak, the process of modelling this vegetables just took around 30 minutes each, but the tough was to find the right idea and guidelines to build up a monster like this(like above “Salad”). During the process of development of this “Salad Monster” a wireframe model as shown below was also developed.

The final image was rendered using the 3ds Max Scanline renderer and Mental ray. It took few minutes for Till to render image with the help of his lowtech-lighting-method.
